I think we need to post recipes here rather than email (not that I have any problem with sharing my email address)

But part of the fun will be sharing for everyone. I haven't been able to get to the computer very much in the past week, so have to apologize for not doing some thinking and research, but I will, I promise.

Brig, I don't have much in the way of Japanese or Chinese cooking ideas. DH is not a big fan, so if I'm in the mood for that we'll go out rather than fixing at home. But I know I can come up with something with your ingredients!
