buffet dish

Misc.
Hi, Jen! Can't help you with quantities, I'm firmly in the "way too much is barely enough" category when it comes to party food. But I'd like to suggest a buffet main dish in keeping with your Italian theme (did you know you had one?): seafood lasagne. I don't have a great recipe myself, because that's my sister-in-law's signature dish which I don't dare try, but I'm sure there are dozens of them posted here at TKL. Do a search (if you have trouble, ask Betsy to help, she's THE BEST). And wander around the various boards here when you have time - you're sure to find everything you need.
