Calling Martin, Va - a bit of rib info

Hi Martin, a while ago you were asking about recipes for ribs as served in Chinese restaraunts. I was just watching Sara's Secrets on the Food Network, and she was using "pork seasoning", which she described as 'the taste of the ribs in Chinese restaraunts'. You should be able to find it in Asian markets or the alternative was a combination of paprika, 5-spice powder, soy sauce and sugar.
