canning recipes
Misc. One of the best resources is to purchase a Ball Blue book on canning, costs about $5. The safe methods have changed over the years, so what may hae been considered safe back then may not be so today due to testing by the USDA. Also your local county extension office has great info. The Ball company,Alltrista has a website that is good, www.homecanning.com with lots of recipes and good info. There are good websites from some of the university extension offices, too. One is www.msue.msu.edu/ . Be sure to follow new, tested, safe recipes for canning to insure against food poisoning.
We are glad to help with questions,as well.
