Gloria - Be sure you experiment ahead of time with one batch before you invest in 10 cans of cocoa! You need to figure out how to combine the cocoa with the rest of the recipe in order to make it come out smooth. Cocoa will "seize" just like chocolate if it is not babied a bit. If you try a batch and have problems, come back to this board - the best cooks in the world are here, I'm convinced! Somebody will be able to help, for sure.
