Recipe: Substituting Cocoa for Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Hi Gloria,

Thank you for the explanation. Here is the formula for the substitution:

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Substitute
(to equal 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate):

9 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
7 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
