Yes i don't see why you could not use for a turkey breast. I have used it for beef with good success ...

Crandberries ummmm i think alone it would be TOOOO tart or sour with the vinigar ... do they make CRANDBERRY preserves?? that would work ... the cherry would be GREAT flavor with turkey though ....
