You can also undercook the pasta, as Sarah suggested coat it with oil, and set aside. Just before serving, boil a large pot of water. Add your pasta to a wire strainer and dunk the pasta in the boiling water for about 45 seconds. Lift the strainer and your pasta is drained and warmed through. I have also done this by slightly undercooking the pasta and then letting it rest in cold water until serving time. The pasta is a little bit soft that way though.
