Hello Claudette!

I don't know if you are aware but Albany is where Miss Paula Deen is from! Isn't that something? Now she lives in a beautiful house by the water in Savannah. In fact, while I was preparing our Easter meal this morning, I was tuned to the Food Channel and there was Miss Paula, in her brand new kitchen cooking up a storm. She was highlighting some delicious dishes for a housewarming. Her kitchen is quite amazing!

We are getting ready for our trip to Costa Rica, we leave this coming Thursday and are excited! I am so looking forward to a few days of relaxation...May will be a busy month for us. The closing on the house is the 23rd of May and before then I have lots of little assignments that DH has given me; such as getting quotes from the mover, coordinating the delivery of new furniture there, getting ahold of the alarm company, setting up service for the utilities, setting up newspaper delivery, etc. All the "fun" stuff one has to do!
