Coconut Pie

Misc.

Thank you Betsy for editing my "goof" about the pie shell in the original recipe that I posted. Sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain! I probably should have also added that you stir in the coconut or raisins while the filling is still hot and before it is refrigerated to cool. Like many other cooks that have made the same recipe over and over, I sometimes forget that other people can't read my mind as to the step by step preparation (which is especially hard for novice cooks that come to your site). And I ought to know that as I have been there and done that many times myself! Thank you and hope that you enjoy the pie.
