COOKING BAGS

Misc.

I STARTED USING THEM WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT AND I WOULD HARDLY DREAM OF FIXING
TURKEY CHICKEN ROAST BEEF OR PORK ROAST WITHOUT THEM. I HAVE EVEN COOKED AN OLD
TURTLE IN THE BAG , WHICH CAME OUT VERY TENDER. I LIKE TO GET PORK NECK BONES
AND POUR BBQ SAUCE OVER THEM AND COOK THEM IN THE BAG. A VERY GOOD AND CHEAP
BBQ "RIBS". TRY ROAST BEEF, CHUCK OR ANY OTHER KIND, SPRINKLE WITH OREGANO AND
GARLIC. VERY GOOD ITALIAN BEEF. ALL THE JUICES STAY IN THE BAG AND MAKES VERY
GOOD GRAVY. AND OF COURSE THE TURKEY IS TERRIFIC. JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS
ON THE BOX.
