Cook's Essentials

Misc.
Steve- I have 3 pieces of the Cook's essentials. I don't have the enamel though. I love it. The none stick surface is nice. But the even heat distribution and absorbtion is great. I did burn the first tme I used it because it conducts heat so well. I would buy a whole set but have no space at the moment. They are coming out with an anodized steel version soon. You might want to order 1 piece and try it out.
