cook's essentials

several months ago I purchased a "try me" piece of cooks' essentials and love it. It cleans so easily and you can use metal utensils without ruining it. i have the stainless steel finish, but would prefer the enamel. The stainless , from the heat, I guess, has turned dark in some areas. Perhaps it can be cleaned, but it seems like it would be a lot of work! i think you would be happy with it.
