Cordon Blue Sauce

Misc.

Thanks, Lorna, for the Cordon Blue sauce recipe. Sounds like just what I need. We are going to buy the frozen CBlue as that would just be easier. i would love to do it from scrath but takes too much time for that amount of people. I like green beans, too, but think peas and carrots make for a prettier plate!!!! I think more people like green beans, though. I may switch to a bowl of tossed salad instead of the gelatin, also. I like your ideas for dessert, too. I had thought about having about 3 different choices - buying the little tart shells and fill with a fruit filling topped with whipped topping and a cheese cake. Decisions, decisions.
