Recipe(tried): Chicken Coron Bleu Sauce

This is an easy sauce recipe for chicken cordon bleu sauce. You could probably experiment in advance using a cream soup--it would probably be more economical.

For dessert, how about chocolate sheet cake or even better, calling the nearest bakery for an assortment of Christmas cookies to have with coffee.

SAUCE FOR CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

1 tsp. chicken flavored stock base
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whipping cream

In a cup, blend cornstarch with cream and chicken base. Whisk into skillet and stir until thick. Pour over chicken. Serves 6.
