THe dish you decribe is called *RELLENOS* not Bunuelos. As a matter of fact the full correct name for this dish is *rellenos de papas* in Spanish. Perhaps this might elp you find the recipe? I am sorry,but I don't have the recipe for you. Good luck in your search! They are YUMMY!
