Counter Top Oven question for Carolyn -

Hi Carolyn - here we go again with the appliance questions!

You mentioned using a counter-top oven, and I wondered what kind you had and about how big it is. I recently disposed of my old-fashioned double range/oven, and really miss having that second oven, especially when I am baking for the holidays. But, I do love my new flat-top range and oven.

I have tried to find a convection oven for the counter-top, but they all are huge, and won't fit the space, plus as big as they are on the outside, the inside cooking space seems small and requires special sized pans.

I have a small microwave/convection oven up in my RV on Cape Cod, but I'm not real fond of it because I can't even make muffins due to the size of the interior.

By the way, has anyone ever heard of a ROUND muffin tin? I've looked in many stores, and think that someone should invent one for those small convection ovens with the round table.
