1/2 tablespoon butter
1 medium apple, finely chopped

2 celery small stalks (from the heart), finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey breast

FOR THE CRANBERRY RELISH:
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (homemade or prepared)
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 scallions, chopped

In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the apple, onion and celery; season with the poultry seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the turkey and parsley to the apple mixture, season with salt and pepper and combine with a fork; form into 6 patties.
In the skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side, lowering the heat for the last 2 or 3 minutes.

Place the burgers on the English muffins, and top with cranberry relish.
