well just below i posted a thing that i am doing with Criosants from COSTCO? is there one near your sis? they have REALLY nice big ones and they only are 3.99 for 12.

At luch yesterday I was hearing of a small wedding that did this and loved the idea and decided to try it more low key then this wedding did.

Simply cut Croisants in 1/2 and place on a plate
also on this plate place a leave of lettuce with a slice of tomato a top
on that place a scoop of chicken/beef/turkey/ham/tuna/salmon/whatever salad.
maybe instead of a pickle (boring) place a medley of black and green greek style olives found at delis all the time.

no forks needed for this :)

For my Bro's wedding we had ham sliced thin baked with pinnapple and brn sugar and I placed on tray deli style we have lobster and shrimp too but that was in the keys and he had cought it all :)
