I was thinking of like a round roast of some kind that I could cut into slices easily.
But I am thinking maybe ham would just be easier. I have never failed with that.
As far as the cuts of meat, that is a great idea, but I could possibly have 200 people here and I don't want to be running the entire time filling up plates. So I thought if I took a roaster pan and put in beef or ham and cooked it then sliced it, I would be able to rest a little bit without exhausting myself the entire time.
