ISO: Sheryl - what cut of beef will you cook?

   Hi, Sheryl - I have some recipes for cooking roast beef, but it would help to know what cut of meat you will be cooking. Different cuts of meat require varying cooking methods (eye of round? top round? rib roast? etc.)

Have you considered offering a small assortment of meats for a "make your own sandwich" buffet? A little turkey, beef, ham, cheese, condiments, fixings and a small assortment of breads/rolls - that way you don't have to please all the kids with just one item. You could also vary it a bit more, perhaps, by offering a few cold cuts plus a meat salad choice (chicken, turkey or tuna). 

What sort of buffet are you planning? Are you looking for something even more interesting than sandwiches? Sorry for all the questions! It just helps to ask!
