Recipe: Brownies with Peanut Butter Fudge Icing (using brownie mix)

BROWNIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE ICING
1 (18 oz.) box brownie mix
1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
1 (10 oz.) package peanut butter chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips (for decorating)
Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Mix and bake brownie mix according to package directions. Set brownies in pan on rack to cool.
For topping, melt butter and peanut butter chips together over low heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Spread topping over cooled brownie.
For decoration, melt chocolate chips over low heat. Spoon melted chips into a plastic sandwich bag. Clip corner of bag and drizzle over top of brownie. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
