Do you have trouble with the mixer on the Zo, Burgundy?

Misc.

Burgundy,

I have the $199 Zo and it really does make good bread but I have a devil of a time removing the little mixing blade. I wonder if I have to put vegetable oil on the inside of it every time I use it? What a pain.
Have you seen the new Zo that makes an oblong loaf? Looks nice but would take up too much of my counter space I'm afraid.
