Don't know if you can get it...

Misc.
My partner is veggie and i don't know if you can get the same range of veggie foods in your supermarket's in the U.S as i can here but it's worth looking out for Quorn products and again, as mentioned tvp - you know, veggie mince. This is invaluable as i've made shepherd's pie, chilli, bolognaise etc and it's stuff the whole family can eat. Sausage casserole with veg sausages is great and you can even make boston beans with the veg sausages also. Quorn have a vast range of products and personally i prefer them to meat as you know that you aren't going to find any nasty gistle - enough to put any kid off, never mind us adults! They make burgers- chicken style, with breadcrumbs, chargrilled, roasts, sausages - the list goes on. As i say, if you can find these products they really are great if you are busy mid week and are a great source of protein. I know what you mean about getting bored of the cheese - we put on quite a bit of weight because we didn't balance our diet properly to start but it's sorted now so best not to use too much! If you need any vege recipes let me know what you're looking for and what you can buy and i'll try to send something; one thing with my partner being vege - it's increased my recipe repertoire!
Good luck
