Recipe: One Dish Apple Coffee Cake (using apple pie filling, no-knead yeast dough)

ONE DISH APPLE COFFEE CAKE
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup sugar, divided use
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup very warm water (120 to 130 degrees F)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon
Pour apple pie filling in a pre-sprayed (9 1/2-inch) deep dish pie plate; set aside.
Mix the flour, yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, 3/4 cup very warm water and melted butter together in a medium bowl. Top apples with batter, spreading to cover evenly.
Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon thoroughly in a small bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over batter.
Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 30 minutes, until lightly browned and firm in center.
Serve warm.
