Hi Eggy,

Yes, that was my recipe for Kasutera. I'd love to compare the one you have. (It took me many tries to work out my recipe!)

I'll ask Betsy to put you in touch with my email address as well; I've been wanting to "meet" you for a long time as I think we have many food interests in common!
