My husband spends so much time on the golf course, I'd starve if I waited for him to cook; but What a new year's surprise. This morning I was served breakfast in bed complete with an omelet, bacon and toast. The presentation was spectacular. He spinkled green and red bell peppers all around the plate and had a spinkle of parsley atop the omelet. I guess my watching Emeril on the Food Network has paid off!! Just wait- These guys are paying attention to our crazy cooking habits--You'll be surprised.
