Empanadas

Need a recipe for Panamanian Empanadas. They contain ground beef, onions, olives, raisins, and other ingredients, but I can't seem to locate a recipe that parallels what I used to eat in Panama. Still have that taste in my mouth nearly 40 years later. Hep me!!
