Herb,
I understand why you miss them. My aunt is from Panama and I have them 3-4 times a year. They are to die for. Unfortunately, my recipe from her is packed up and I may not see her before Christmas. If someone is unable to give you one, send me an email with your email address and I'll type it up for you when I can get to it or her. :)
