Favorite Cookbooks

Misc.
I love this topic. You will probably find most cookbook lovers can't name just one. I have more than 200 books, but find I turn to several Williams-Sonoma books quite often, especially the Kitchen Library series. Also love and learn from the Cooks Illustrated Magazines which I also get in a book binding each year. I love the Dinah Shore books, and recently purchased her first one from the 70's on an auction site on the internet. Also the James Beard books are all so good and have favorite recipes in them. I will show restraint and stop there.
My current 'favorite' is a small book called "The El Paso Companys Sizzlin Suppers". My husband found it on a bargain table someplace and it has already been used with many more marked to try.
I am looking forward to reading about other's favorites and Tara, I have already researched the Chinaberry book! That's a new one to me.
