Misc.
I liked your clever addition of cranberries to your salad, and as I am a great fan of salads in general, it was of special interest to me.

My question is about cranberries. Have you, or anyone you know, had success drying them? I live in cranberry country, Oceanspray has several farms near me. I tried drying them in my food dryer, but they just came out crunchy. The next closest thing in size that I have tried to dry would have been some cherries (my neighbour cut down two trees last year, and I had those cherries off there before they hit the ground!) I love cranberries, but they are so dear when you buy them dried, so if you have any tips for me it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your consideration,

Carolyn!
