For Santa Fe Chicken Salad try this store bought dressing...

I always have that salad as well at Applebees. Try Marie's salsa ranch dressing. It's similar, I've also used Litehouse's salsa dressing (not their jalapeno ranch which is like a spicy hidden valley), I like Marie's best. I have been trying to find just the exaact match to Applebees also. Meantime you might try Marie's dressing. It is in the refrigerated dressing area near the veggies in the markets.
