Recipe(tried): Dressing for Applebees Santa Fe Salad (copycat)

Salads - Salad Dressings
I have tried two combinations to make the dressing for Applebees Santa Fe Salad.

I use approximately 1/2 cup ranch dressing (I prefer the Hidden Valley mix, but you can use bottled) combined with 1/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce.

The other combination is 1/2 cup sour cream with 1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce, this is really close as well.

This makes enough for 2 salads. Give it a try and see what you think.
