hi,

hope this isn't too late. i know a couple of frangipan recipes. couple of them are with fruit. i know that you can't share the recipe but if there is plum or apricots or red jam, like the Bakewell Tart, then i may be able to help you. the ones i have is homemade version of frangipan sponge recipe (like almond paste) to be fitted into a tart. let me know, ok?
