Fran, This Is Sure Yummmmm!!!

Hi Miss Fran,

Boy, this not only sounds simple but it smells delicious!! Wish I were there to share dinner with you and Pete, I would bring dessert and a side dish for sure!!

You won't believe this, but I have never roasted a whole chicken or stuffed one. I have cut this out and put it on my fridge with a magnet for future use. And yes, you are absolutely right about slow cooking, food always comes out much better!!

Bet the aroma was heavenly!!!
