I make the above spinach dip all the time, it is great!

I have also had it with chopped water chestnuts and grated cheddar cheese in it.

I have made it with only 2 cups of sour cream (low fat) and no mayo and that was good too.

Make sure you give it a few hours to set once mixed to help the flavours meld, however you make it!

I love this served with bread chunks for dipping but it is yummy with veggies and crackers too.
