Recipe(tried): Spinach Dip

Appetizers and Snacks

1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (e.g., Lipton)
2 cups sour cream (no-fat o.k.)
1 cup mayonnaise (low-fat o.k.)
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
3 finely chopped green onions

Stir soup mix, sour cream, and mayo to blend well. Mix in spinach and onions. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 4 cups dip.
