GADGET I DIDN'T KNOW I WANTED!!

Misc.

Hubby gave me food-grade clay pots for making muffins and a rice cooker/steamer. I wanted the clay pots and can't wait to get a chance to use them, but hadn't thought of a rice cooker. (Who knows what men are thinking?) But now I've seen a few recipes for making custards, cobblers, etc. in the gadget and am kinda excited about trying it. I got an Oster 10-cup and first have to find some dishes that are small enough to fit in the steamer for the cobblers, etc. Anybody got any good and unusual recipes? (I also got another crockpot in the family gift-exchange-it is handy to have several!)
