Wow, Gary, thanks for posting that alert about "infusion cookers." What a RIP OFF! I'm disillusioned by T-Fal, who do make a very good pressure cooker. I have one which I purchased 10 years ago for... ha ha, $80. It's a fine cooker but I guess I should put it in the vault. Can't believe anyone would have the audacity to charge $500 for a pressure cooker!!!!!
