I am hoping to try it soon, but the days leading up to our departure for Italy are dwindling! We painted the main part of our house this weekend so this week I'm working on getting the trim painted. I need to make two large pans of chicken enchiladas for a party this weekend along with a dessert, but I think I will stick to a more portable sounding desert than the lemon cake! Maybe next week....Micha
