Thank You: Thanks Med, For Sharing These 2 Lemon Cake Recipes!

Misc.
Hi Med!

These two lemon cake recipes you so graciously posted sound divine. I am printing them out as I type to you...they are delicious sounding. I will put them with my other "Lemon Recipes" which I love!

They sound good to make this summer!

Have you found any aprons lately? I found 2 at a quarter a pice 2 weeks ago at a yard sale. When I came home I saw them all hanging and finally decided what to do with all of them.

First, I made piles by colors; yellow, blue or purple, brown or black and reds or pinks. Then I washed and ironed them all. I stacked them by color on a top shelf of a linen closet.

Now it's much easier for me to wear one according to the season! I'm going to wear the green ones for March and the pinks for April...My Mom gets a kick out of seeing me in the kitchen wearing one. I also read somewhere Med, that women wear the aprons over their clothes out in the street. Sort of like a fashion statement....

This afternoon I was browsing thru the Anthropologie store in Tampa and was amazed at the prices of their aprons...$18.00 or $24.00!! Yes, they were all very pretty but I, for one, was not gonna pay those prices. What it did was give me great ideas to give to Mom on how to make some adorable aprons!

Before I forget, I need to tell you that the other day I got a red pasta sauce stain on a white t-shirt and I immediately used the Fels Naptha soap on the stain then washed the shirt. Viola! It came out super clean with no sign of the stain, thanks to you!

Keep those recipes coming girl!

Hugs, Gina
