Thank You: Med, my mouth is watering just reading these recipes

but the one I saw yesterday has homemade (lemon?) cake layers with lemon curd AND custard layered between each. The custard and lemon curd were also made from scratch. Notes on the recipe said the cake layers are very light. It was a reader's request who had visited the Algonquin and had the cake. I'm printing out your recipes tho, they both sound like DH would love them. Thanks for posting them! -Micha
