Gina's Italian Meal

Misc.
Gina, I cannot thank you enough for posting this dinner menu. I am putting it in my cookbook as well as many of your other recipes.

I have one question on the salad with the arugula.
That is not available in our stores. Would romaine be a good substitute? When we go to Florida for winter I will be able to purchase it at Publix. I have never tasted it in a salad.

You dinner just sounded divine! Maybe when I go to PC I will have to drive over for a meal or two or three.

Thanks again for posting. You are a sweetheart. God Bless!
