Recipe: Sweet and Moist Ham (using lemon-lime soda)

Main Dishes - Assorted
SWEET AND MOIST HAM

1 (6 pound) sliced, boneless fully cooked ham, tied
1 (12 ounce) can lemon-lime soda

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Pour soda over ham.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees and ham is heated through.

Makes 20 servings
