Crab Rangoon is a Chinese appetizer. It is made by preparing a filling made with crab meat, creamed cheese, onion, & various other things chopped up finely & mixed together. I usually use onion, carrot, celery chopped real fine in mine, & then I mix in a little bit of sugar. You put this filling in a wonton shell, wrap it up, & deep fry it. I try not to fry much, so I'm going to try mine baked. There are several variations of this recipe & I noticed that someone recently posted one on the Cooking Club board. They are delicious!
