Gladys, the Medieval menu sounds fabulous! This was exactly the type of thing I had in mind. I would appreciate any of the recipes that you could provide. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

Incidentally, Spanish wine has come to be one of my favorite things! I have a shop here with some very nice wines from Spain, so I was happy to see your wine suggestions with the dishes. Thanks for your reply!
