Misc. Don't you just love Paella??? So tasty and so much fun to eat with friends. Actually, there is a seafood market here that imports fresh Sepia from Spain on thursdays. In honor of that special day (fresh sepia day) we often cook paella on fridays. Infact, I'm stopping by the market on my way to work in the morning! But, your idea got me thinking...maybe I'll try to do a paella for Christmas when I visit my parents. I think they'd love it! Thanks!
