Gladys, You are too kind

Misc.
I must say your tenderloin with mustard cream sauce was delicious! (not to mention the shrimp). We enjoyed it so much. I have been really busy yesterday and today and have not checked in. Jim and I went to Seattle today to shop for Mother's Day and popped by Pikes Market. They had some beautiful pieces of monkfish just waiting for me. We are going back this weekend to the Boat Festival and will buy some monkfish at the market to have a feast with your recipes. We really did not plan to go today so I had planned Prime Rib for tonight. It is a simple dinner that that I prepare when I am super busy. With it we are having spinach - artichoke casserole, beets cooked in blood orange juice and garlic mashed potatoes and triple berry sorbet I made. Tommorow I will post my recipes. It is 5:15 and I have to go pick our daughter up and put the finishing touches on dinner. Thank you again for your kindness and recipes. Janie
