Thanks so much for posting all this information, my first words after reading this post were, "Wow, what a great party idea"!

You are certainly very clever in thinking of these ideas as they are great! They involve all the guests, arouse laughter and merriment and make for wonderful memories!I have copied your recipe and posting for my next shindig!! And yes, I certainly will make this paella as it contains lots of garlic, yum!! You mentioned "juices" left over, that is the "chorerra" part, meaning it is sort of wet, I love rice like that and the true Paella is like that. Thanks for sharing!!!
