any of the recipes that have some pastry flour in them? Just last week a woman was demonstrating this on the TV food network (the show with the gal who is chef at Gourmet magazine) ... and months ago David Rosengarten did a similar one on his TASTE show.

Sorry I don't have any of these recipes .... but have you tried any of these sites?

I know I've seen some different recipes various places but not sure exactly where. Lora Brody has several books - one of her bread machine ones is on pizzas, focaccia, and (I don't remember the rest) - she has several doughs in that. Perhaps your library has a copy you could check.
